DEVIL MAY CRY Event Is Now Live In MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD

Last month, developer Capcom announced that Devil May Cry’s Dante will be making an appearance in Monster Hunter: World and is now live in the game via a special quest. Code Red, will give players the ability to dress their character as the iconic slayer once completed. Furthermore, players will be able to unlock Dante’s signature sword, which will be a charge blade in the game.

To access the event, players will need to be at least a rank 14 hunter, which doesn’t take a lot of time to get to. The primary objective of the quest is to hunt all targeted monsters, which is pretty much what you do in the game anyway. Lastly, Capcom revealed the schedule for future events together with a short clip of Dante. You can check out the video below.

After the launch of the Devil May Cry crossover event, Capcom revealed that they still have other events lined up for players. Up next on Capcom’s list is the second Street Fighter collaboration, which would feature Sakura on May 10. The event will feature a Street Fighter 5 inspired Sakura outfit and will probably require players to go through a quest to unlock it.

Monster Hunter World is available now for the PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. A PC version is slated for a release later this year. Don’t forget to check out Monster Hunter World review here.
