A Remaster of the second installment in the Sniper Elite Franchise Sniper Elite V2 looks like it is on its way with an official announcement set for tomorrow March 14. An unlisted video found on the official Xbox YouTube page, which has since been set to private, contained the trailer for the announcement. Rebellion, the team behind the franchise, teased the reveal on their twitter but no specifics were given. According to the trailer The game is set to be coming to both Xbox One and Windows 10. being that this trailer is on the Xbox YouTube page it only makes sense that there would be no mention of PS4 or Switch.

The combination of the tweet plus the video being discovered logically lead to the conclusion that we will indeed see Sniper Elite V2 Remastered tomorrow. But as with all rumors take this with a grain of salt until official conformation can be given tomorrow! Sniper Elite V2 originally launched back in 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. A Wii U port also released the following year in 2013. Two sequels have also been released since with the latest entry in the series being 2017’s Sniper Elite 4.
