With all the shooters and RPGs, it’s a calming moment when a game comes out that allows players to sit back and play the lowest risk, cathartic experience. PC Building Simulator broke through the indie game scene, thanks in no small part to YouTube. Developer Claudiu Kiss, in partnership with Quantum Logic Games and publisher Fireshine Games, have decided to develop a new game similar in playstyle called The Repair House. They even have a release date confirmed!

The gameplay is simple and easy to understand. Players will enter their repair house and dismantle, fix, clean, and sell a multitude of appliances and objects, like House Flipper. Meticulous restoration is the name of the game and disassembling items and finding the right replacement piece is crucial. Painting and redesigning the repaired items are also available. And when it’s needed, new tools and more space can be unlocked for further player customization.

Players can use auction houses to bid and obtain new things to repair. Other outside-the-box locations like barns, flea markets, and abandoned storage units hold many items to restore. A world of restoration awaits those willing to look!

The Repair House will launch for PC via Steam on July 19th.
