The Mesoamerican-inspired action-adventure game from Assemble Entertainment and developed by Grimbart Tales is finally nearing its official release. Their upcoming game Itorah is officially set to release on PC via Steam and GOG on March 21st. In less than a month, players will begin an adventure full of Metroidvania, side-scroller, and platformer elements.
Embark on an unforgettable journey with the titular Itorah through the exotic and mysterious world of Nahucan, meeting strange, masked beings and discovering the secrets behind a terrible plague that has befallen the land and its inhabitants. Together with her smart-mouthed sentient weapon, an axe named Koda, Itorah will journey through the cursed land while unraveling its mysteries.
Along with the release date announcement, Itorah also has a new gameplay trailer that shows off multiple bosses that players can expect to encounter in the game. Does this game look like one you will be checking out next month when it releases?
