Initially launching at the beginning of this year to positive reviews and player response, developers Third Sphere Game Studios have decided that it is time to bring their 2D Souls-like title Watcher Chronicles to the Nintendo Switch. With a release date as close as April 28th, anticipating players won’t be waiting long to see this port happen and bring this challenging experience to a new platform.
In the darkest depths of Purgatory, forces of evil have allied to turn this intermediate state into a new Hell, punishing all the lost souls that wander there in search of expiatory purification. Our brave hero will have to battle his way through this wretched abyss, fighting against hordes of nightmarish enemies and more than 20 merciless bosses to prevent them from carrying out their malicious plan.
Watch Chronicles is coming to the Nintendo Switch with all of its original gameplay aspects, including its local multiplayer co-op. Be prepared for some intense fighting and a lot of dying because this game is way harder than its general art style would have you believe!
