As announced in a neat trailer that shows off different aspects in various maps, the 1047 Games team has gone through and turned Splitgate into a Winter Wonderland! Of course, this update provides more than just some aesthetic pleasure to help fans of the popular portal-shooter. They have also included a few goodies and updates for their players to enjoy.
This Winter Update includes:
Winterized versions of three popular maps: Stadium, Abyss, and Pantheon
An overhauled main menu with a new wintery theme
Brand-new challenges with special community-created rewards
All-new armor and weapon skins
Brand new #TeamSeas skin is now available for purchase, with 100% of the proceeds going to the project, which is seeking to remove 30 million pounds of waste from the ocean by the end of the year
On top of everything, the Season 0 battle pass has been extended into early next year. This gives players more time to grab those presents while there is still time!
