The Phantasy Star Online 2 team has unveiled some impressive stats regarding last month’s PSO 2 Closed Beta test. The Closed Beta was supposed to run from 5 PM PT February 7 until 11:59 PM on February 8. Due to the insane server overload that ended up taking the game offline until around 10 PM on the 7th, the ended up being extended on February 9 from 5 PM until 11:59 PM. During that time I was able to put a good number of hours into the game but even my efforts paled in comparison to what a few of the game’s fans were able to do. Seriously, 2 players were able to hit the level cap during the 2 days of time the beta was up! Check out some of the stats below.

Pretty fun stuff! I seem to be in the relative minority in my stats from the beta. I chose to be a Newman Male with Bouncer as my primary class. I was also able to reach level 34 putting me in the 22% range with other players. I have been eagerly anticipating jumping back into PSO 2 with the Open Beta for the last month and thankfully that wait is almost over as the Beta will begin this coming Tuesday. I am also going to love seeing how many people will be running around dressed as Sonic! See you in the stars ARKS!
