Shortly after Embers Studio shared their announcement trailer for their colorful action-adventure title Strayed Lights, they managed to give a proper release window for the game. Shortening the wide window that covers Spring 2023, they have now listed their game to launch in April on their store pages.
Players take on the role of a tiny, growing light seeking transcendence. Explore a land of otherworldly ruins and glowing trees, where entities of flickering lights and luminescent shadows reside. Use a fluid mix of parries and dodges to absorb their energy levels until you can unleash an ultra-energy attack. Shift your light from blue to orange in sync with enemies using timed parries, then push energy back at them in vivid finishers.
Strayed Lights is blending action-adventure with timing-based combat. It will be available in April 2023 on PC via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
