CYBERPUNK 2077 Delayed Again, Until November This Time

It’s been the season of game delays and this one will surely frustrate many gamers who are eagerly anticipating the next game from CD Projekt Red. That’s right. Cyberpunk 2077 won’t come out until November.

The written apology and explanation from Marcin Iwinski and Adam Badowski, though, clearly details why the game needs the additional time, and I, for one, am happy to give it to the studio.

Has it already been delayed? Yes. In a world of self-isolation and social distancing, are expansive and immersive video game worlds a welcome reprieve from the craziness outside our homes? Yes. So it stretches our patience and makes us agonize over the months in between when the game was supposed to release and its new launch date.

But I’d rather have a fantastic game late than a buggy one on time. I’d rather have something to enjoy for years than something that frustrates me upon release.

Keeping working, CD Projekt Red. I’ll wait.

What about you, though? Are you fed up with the game delays? This one in particular?
