Dev Has Already Beaten SPIDER-MAN PS4 Three Times And Can’ t Get Enough

One of the PS4’s biggest exclusives to launch this year is most definitely Spider-Man. Since its initial reveal back in E3 2016, it has been a highly anticipated title, and for good reason. Sony fans are more than familiar with Insomniac Games; giving us legendary titles such as Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, and Resistance. Once the reveal trailer for Spider-Man showed the Insomniac insignia, all hype levels reached maximum capacity. There is absolutely no doubt that this is one of 2018’s most anticipated games of the year. Now, this gives all the more reason to be just a tad bit jealous of Brian Horton, the man who has already beaten the game three times and counting.

Now before you raid the streets and bring about the prophecy of the end-of-times, you would like to hear that Horton is the Design Director of the new game. Of course the Developers that help make the game have access to early builds, but what’s exciting to fans is the little bit of info we get from Horton’s tweets about the game. Check them out below:

So according to Horton, the games story is long enough to span across a few days to complete. This is great news since singleplayer game lengths have been waning over the years, with a few exceptions. Also, this tells us that the game is fully playable from beginning to end. Surely the game must be in the final stages of development and most likely finishing details and ironing out bugs for a more polished package.

Insomniac has had a great streak of making fantastic games. Their most recent project, Sunset Overdrive, was well received with critics and fans alike. It’s really this simple, Insomniac knows how to make fun games and gamers know this to be true. Spider-Man seems like a character that Insomniac was meant to develop for, a character who is Funny, sarcastic, action-packed and has deep history. Knowing that someone has already played through the entire game, works on it everyday and still has beaten it over three times says a lot. Spider-Man is scheduled for release in 2018.

So what has you most excited for the new Spider-Man game? Are you interested in the re-creation of New York City? Or maybe the fact that Miles Morales will have a huge role in the game? We want to know! So whatever it is, be sure to let us know in the comments!
