To celebrate their first year anniversary in style, developers Cold Symmetry and publisher Playstack are releasing a DLC for Mortal Shell and making it free for the first five days! Mortal Shell: The Virtuous Cycle will release on August 18th for all platforms and will be all players will be able to snag it for free until August 23rd.
After releasing in 2020 to plenty of positive reviews and then the enhanced version earlier this year, they are now bringing a fully-fledged expansion complete with a new roguelike mode, new playable shell, and new transforming axe-katana weapon. So, if you are looking for a new challenging game to get into, now might be the best time to consider snagging this title. It’s available on PC via Steam and Epic Games, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
