Donkey Kong Country Returns HD is a remaster of the Wii title that was released back in 2010. After his banana hoard gets stolen by the Tiki Tak tribe, Donkey and Diddy Kong set out to get their hoard back. While fans will have to wait longer for this title, the trailre makes it look like it will be worth the wait.
Donkey Kong has been getting a lot of remastered treatment on the Nintendo Switch, but this is one that fans will be glad to have in addition to the Tropical Freeze port in 2018.
The game will feature single player and co-op and will take players to various parts of the jungle and other places on the way to getting their hoard back.
The game is set to feature 80 levels with levels being added in from the 3DS version of the game as well.
The game is set for release in January 16, 2025 and is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
