The age of Souls-like games continues! Creating a punishing, fast-paced melee game as their debut title is OverBorder Studio. These developers are throwing players into their plague-filled world and challenge them to survive the dangers lurking throughout Thymesia. They partnered with indie publisher Team17 in order to get it released on PC via Steam later this year.
At the heart of the story is Corvus, a mysterious character capable of seizing enemy diseases and using them as weapons against his adversaries. With the world ravaged by the plague, players will unravel the mysteries that haunt the harrowingly beautiful world. Engage in visceral combat, combining ferocious offensive abilities, perfectly timed parries, and dynamic dodges to take down unforgiving enemies. They’ll even have the ability to customize Corvus to their own playstyle, upgrading and improving various stats to aid in their journey to recover Corvus’ memories.
