Merge Games has announced their next multiplayer game which is also going to be an open-world, survival title. This game is Smalland and it will have players shrunk down to the size of a tiny insect. Although it doesn’t have a release date yet, this is a title that is planned to reach Steam’s Early Access sometime this year!
Starting their journey at the bottom of the food chain, players must survive by foraging for resources, crafting, and exploring seemingly abandoned locations now reclaimed by nature. As players progress, they will be able to create powerful armor, weapons, and even be able to tame critters into mounts allowing them to take on even greater challenges. Collaborating with other players, the ultimate goal is to survive while taking down the world’s largest and most fearsome creatures.
With a game like this, it is going to bring a whole different experience when played solo or with others. So, which way do you look forward to playing Smalland most? Solo, Cooperative, player-vs-enemy, or player-vs-player?
