One of the best things about comic books with a long legacy is the different interpretations each character goes through as they are brought to life by different writers and artists. The same can be said for movies, and especially video games. Superhero fans have had a glut of excellent games thrown their way lately, with even more on the horizon, and Gotham Knights is ready to impress with a new trailer.
The new gameplay trailer for Warner Bros. Games and DC’s Gotham Knights shows a familiar representation of the iconic member of the Bat Family, Batgirl. This Batgirl is Barbara Gordon, daughter of Commissioner Gordon. Trained by Batman himself in hand-to-hand combat, she utilizes her array of gadgets, signature tonfa weapon, and her unmatchable intellect to aid the Knights in their mission to save Gotham.
The new gameplay trailer highlights her fast and flowing fighting style, inspired by real-life martial arts like kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Capoeira. Batgirl joins forces with Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin on October 25, 2022, when Gotham Knights releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
