As the technology that fits in the palm of our hands continued to develop, so did the user base of these devices. Whether you are a fan of using Android or Apple devices, there is a whole catalog of games to play on them as well. It can be overwhelming sometimes and there are always new games being released. So, let’s take a moment to consider the next three games you should consider adding to your mobile gaming folder.
The Walking Dead: All-Stars
From developers Com2uS, in partnership with Skybound Entertainment, an all-new mobile collection RPG set in the thrilling post-apocalyptic universe of The Walking Dead called The Walking Dead: All-Stars.
Players will begin their fight for survival in the town of Asyl, a refuge in upstate New York, formed by survivors from a shipwrecked cruise liner after the outbreak. Players will embark on a treacherous expedition to rescue more of their own and build a team to take on the undead. As players explore new areas and recruit survivors, allies, and beloved characters from the Skybound series including Rick, Michonne, and Glenn, they will battle against Walkers and other rival survivors to collect resources and build and evolve their very own sanctuary.
The Walking Dead: All-Stars is now available and free-to-play on both Android and Apple devices.
Defense Derby
From the developers RisingWings, a subsidiary team of KRAFTON Inc. is working on a strategic, player-versus-player (PvP) tower defense game called Defense Derby.
Each round, four players obtain cards through an auction and build up their decks with the acquired cards. Then, they defend their castles against the incoming monsters until the last survivor is crowned as the winner. As powerful synergy effects can be created depending on the race, attribute, and placement of cards, players can enjoy strategic gameplay by leveraging diverse card combinations. The single-player modes, such as Blitz and the Dungeons, are designed to provide a more immersive experience within TD-style games, while the PvP mode provides the thrill of competition.
Defense Derby is about to host a pre-release test period from Sept. 15th to the 30th and users can download the game from Google Play to participate. Be sure to head to the game’s official website and sign up before Sept. 14th to secure a spot during testing!
Torchlight: Infinite
The development team XD Inc is bringing a new chapter to the popular Torchlight series with their upcoming game Torchlight: Infinite.
Prepare to return to a true, loot-based ARPG experience. Containing a deep, powerful skill system allows players to create a rich variety of character builds for them to try out. There will be tons of skills, talents, and high customization, with these powerful tools you can create your own unique playstyle.
Torchlight: Infinite is about to host its third and final closed beta test before release. You can sign up now on the game’s official website to participate or wait for the game to be fully released on Android and TapTap devices in October 2022. This final beta test will take place from 3 am BST September 5th until 3 am BST September 19th.
