Players of miHoYo's RPG phenomenon Genshin Impact take note, there is more content on the way. A new update for the free-to-play action RPG is coming in early November with version 3.2 'Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises'. 3.2 is a sizable update that promises to bring numerous new bits of content, and a conclusion to the Sumeru main storyline.
The update will bring about the conclusion of the Sumeru Archon main quest, and allow players to take on the third Fatui Harbinger Boss, The Balladeer. Two new characters will become available for players to control, Nahida aka Lesser Lord Kusanali, and theoretical astrologer Layla.
The update also brings the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy event, which will allow players to capture and train fungi and do battle in various challenges. Following the theme of nature and growth, a new open-world boss will become available to seek out. 3.2 brings a new monster to the list, with the Dendro Hypostasis. This ghastly geometric entity is the embodiment of overgrowth, and will fill out the roster of these dangerous elementals.
The 3.2 update will go live on November 2nd, 2022. Genshin Impact can be played for free, and is available for PC, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Android, and iOS. Progress can be shared across platforms via a registered account.
