Bandai Namco has announced that they will be releasing .hack//G.U. Last Recode on to the Nintendo Switch to celebrate the franchise’s 20th Anniversary! While this game compilation was originally released in 2017 on both PC via Steam and PlayStation 4, they will be bringing it to the Nintendo Switch on March 11, 2022. Just as it does on the other platforms, this game will include the 2006-2007 .hack titles Rebirth, Reminisce, and Redemption, as well as the title introduced in 2017 called Reconnection.
As a franchise developed by famed Japanese developer CyberConnect2, .hack is sure to be an entertaining anime-based title and Last Recode has already received plenty of positive reviews from its release on the original platforms years ago.
