PROJECT WINTER Shadow Drops Big Content Update

During this year's November PC Gaming Show, Project Winter shadow dropped its newest content update and it includes a whole slew of cool stuff.

From developer Other Ocean, Project Winter is an eight-person social deception survival game that boasts more than 2.5 million current players. As its popularity continues to rise, Project Winter’s sneaky update includes a number of great additions involving reworks to the Traitor role, two new sub-roles, and interesting holiday-themed breakables for future challenges.

The newest rework of the Traitors role encourages a “wolf in sheep's clothing “ style of play, allowing players to gain buffs from sabotaging, trapping, stealing, and breaking bunkers. One of the biggest changes involves spending time with unsuspecting Survivors. The more time spent, the more information and additional buffs the Traitor receives. Alongside this rework, we are also privy to two new sub-roles including the Immune role for Survivors and the Necromancer role for Traitors. Both new sub-roles shake up the gameplay style slightly and offer a unique twist to the vanilla experience.

Project Winter is a game that has really garnered a cult following and has proven to be a really fun experience. Will you be checking out this new content update? Let us know down below in the comments and also be sure to check out the trailer above.

Project Winter is available now on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4|5, and Xbox Series X|S|One.
