Inflexion Games and Level Infinite have announced their latest development update for their upcoming shared-world survival-crafting game Nightingale. In this update, they address the community's feedback and highlights the latest technical and gameplay improvements. In addition, the studio announces the decision to move the Early Access release to Fall later this year. The developer also reveals new creatures, such as the Hexham Mongrel, the Elephas, and the Leporidon, which Realmwalkers will encounter while exploring the intriguing worlds of Nightingale.
“After many discussions with our team, we’ve come to the decision to move the game to Fall later this year. The reason for the release shift is simple: the playtest process is working. The feedback we’ve been receiving from players has been invaluable, and the extra time will allow us to continue the progress we’ve been making without it compromising the team’s health”, says Aaryn Flynn, CEO at Inflexion Games.
Following this developer update, they are opening the game up for the next playtest from May 26th to June 5th. These playtests are important as they utilize community feedback and will use the latest feedback from this playtest over the next few months as they aim to release the game in early access. Players that are interested in joining the playtest can register now on the official Nightingale website.
Nightingale is planned to release into Early Access this Fall on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The game is available to be added to your wishlist today. Check out the developer update yourself below:
