Italian Developer Dramatic Iceberg look to bring wholesome horticulture to the PC and Switch in 2023 with its relaxing gardening sim Garden In!

Published by Bonus Stage Publishing, Garden In! Invites the player to get creative with their planting. The game begins with a room, a small selection of seeds, and the basics for planting. From there it’s all down to experimenting and trying things out. Players can grow plants, combine seeds, and experiment with different conditions to get the garden of their dreams. There’s no stress, though persevering with raising plants can unlock new rooms to cultivate flowers in.

It’s not only the plants a player can control either. The decor is all open to customization, with the capacity to colour and place almost anything visible, even the background can be swapped out to something better matching the desired aesthetic.

Tommaso Verde from Dramatic Iceberg commented on the inspiration behind the game: “We started making the game because none of our team was able to keep their plants alive. We then decided we needed to learn some gardening skills, and just like that was the idea for the game born (sic).”

Garden In! will be available for the Nintendo Switch and for PC via Steam, with a release expected in early 2023.
