Return To Monkey Island is the most recent entry in the Monkey Island series made by Terrible Toybox, Devolver Digital, and Lucasfilm Games. It is a point-and-click adventure game that received some great reviews all around on its release. Now mobile players can prepare to experience the adventure of a lifetime through uncharted waters, as Return To Monkey Island releases on mobile devices on July 27th.
If you haven’t heard of Return To Monkey Island it is set in the world of the legendary Monkey Island games, it follows the story of Guybrush Threepwood, who finds himself adrift and unfulfilled after his last encounter with his arch-nemesis, the zombie pirate LeChuck. The game introduces new characters and challenges as Guybrush navigates familiar islands now under dangerous new leadership. Players will engage in witty banter, solve clever puzzles, and explore uncharted territories as they strive to overcome tough predicaments and uncover the long-sought Secret of Monkey Island. With classic point-and-click gameplay and updated controls, Return to Monkey Island offers a delightful swashbuckling experience for both old fans and newcomers alike.
Return to Monkey Island is available now on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and will arrive on mobile devices on July 27th.
