An upcoming 3rd person rogue-looter shooter title where players squad up in teams of 3 to take on enemies or other squads of players is about to release its first open opportunity to play. From developers NExT Studios and publisher Level Infinite comes SYNCED and to really get things kicked off, they are hosting an open beta for PC players starting December 10th and it will be open until January 15, 2023! If you are interested in the open beta, be sure to sign up on their website.
The game takes place in a techno-apocalyptic future, where players are Runners who joined the war with deadly techno-creatures called Nanos inside the sealed exclusion zone known as the Meridian. Choose your Runner, which each have their own perks, and team up in PvE and PvP matches, defeat the Nanos, and even tame and weaponize them against your enemies. Attempt to tame and synchronize these Nanos into different Companion classes you can deploy in combat. Strengthen your squad, upgrade your weapons, earn your place among the best of the Runners, and win the fight that humanity started.
SYNCED may be focusing on PC players during the open beta, but they plan to launch the game as a free-to-play title on both PC via Steam and Consoles with crossplay. Details on the official release date and which consoles are still to be announced. If you’d like to see the game in action, check out our First Look gameplay video below:
