Riot Games has revealed exciting new information about the eagerly anticipated Rotating Shop coming to Teamfight Tactics, the world's largest PC strategy game. First introduced in the Dev Drop video showcasing the game's current Inkborn Fables set theme, the Rotating Shop will empower players by presenting a fresh assortment of cosmetics that rotate according to a predefined schedule. This feature is set to debut in Patch 14.11 on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
The Rotating Shop will comprise two primary sections: Mythic and Seasonal, each utilizing its respective currencies, Realm Crystals, and Mythic Medallions. The Mythic segment, accessible via Mythic Medallions, will offer a curated selection of TFT's rarest and top-tier Tacticians, Arenas, and Booms. At launch, players can acquire:
A Brand-New Mythic Chibi, Arena, and Boom
Chibi Prestige Dragonmancer Yasuo
Chibi Divine Sword Irelia
Spirit Blossom Yone Boom
Prestige Dragon Fist Lee Sin Boom
On the other hand, the Seasonal section, accessed using Realm Crystals, will feature a broader array of both new and classic cosmetics. Notable additions upon release include:
Chibi Ezreal and Chibi Yone
Poro Yeet Boom
Dr. Shisa
Arcade Gloop
Plant Buddy Sprite
Spirit Blossom Kanmei Lightcharger
Goodest Duckbill
Dark Star Poptail
Nimbus Cloud and Hydroblast Booms
Base Yone and Base Ezreal Booms
Plus many more!
Treasure Realms will remain part of the game alongside the introduction of the Rotating Shop. Players can earn new Realm Crystals through Treasure Realms, Passes (both free and Pass+), and Events, while Mythic Medallions will be obtained from Treasure Realms.
To streamline the acquisition process, Riot Games is reducing the price of each Treasure Realm pull to 50 Treasure Tokens (half the current price) and adjusting the Mythic content drop rate accordingly. These changes aim to provide players with greater control over their acquisitions, more rewards along their journey, and a reduced investment per pull. As part of this transition, guaranteed drop counts are being reset and removed with the upcoming patch, and players will receive an appropriate amount of Realm Crystals and Mythic Medallions as compensation.
