We’ve seen more stealthy gameplay for the Ranger and the Hunter characters from Hood: Outlaws and Legends, but now it’s time for some in-your-face action. The Brute is the latest character that we get to meet and he’s the best choice for players who want to fight for their right to loot. Yet again commentated by the game’s creative director, Andrew Willans, the video delivers some great details about what makes this character different from the others. The Brute’s point in the game is to clear the battlefield at close range and hold the defensive lines for his companions.
He’s equipped with a number of great weapons and abilities that are sure to have his players intrigued. A sledgehammer is his weapon of choice, so beating your enemies senseless will be a piece of cake. His muscle is always used to his advantage, so he’s able to lift portcullises (pointy gates) for teammates to escape through or to use as traps that he can drop on enemies. Lastly, there’s his Wrath ability which not only increases his durability but also grants him infinite stamina for a period of time. This allows him to hunt his enemies down relentlessly like some kind of medieval John Wick.
