The Story Will Continue In SWORDS OF LEGENDS ONLINE's Next Content Drop

One of the biggest MMORPG titles to drop this year is about to get a huge content drop that will expand the story and bring new features to the game! Swords of Legends Online has brought a beautifully fantastical experience to players from the start, but publisher Gameforge and developers Wangyuan Shengtang & Aurogon are looking to make it even better with every update. After weekly updates, including new raid difficulties and seasonal events, they are about to drop The Forbidden Court - a free content drop that will introduce a brand new chapter to the poetic saga.

This will be their first major content drop with the release of the Update 1.1: The Forbidden Court. This content drop contains a brand-new zone and accompanying questlines integral to the ongoing story, two new PvP modes, two new raids, and many more exciting new additions. In Chapter 10 of Swords of Legends Online, players head into the all-new zone, the Floral Palace, to take on new quests and a unique world boss.

Battle in the Sands is one of the new PvP modes and it will have 20 players compete across two-stage matches—the first stage being a five-minute free-for-all to unleash powerful forces, and the second being a ten-minute 10 vs 10 team battle. As for the two new raids, Sparkwood Gardens and Forbidden Court in the Floral Palace, they will be added following the initial content release in different challenging difficulties.

Along with the new modes and main questline, they are also adding a memory box that will let you replay old scenarios in the form of memory trials! Unlock this feature using Memory Fragments, where the amount you spend will dictate the difficulty level, and challenge any dungeon you’ve already played through. The player who starts the challenge will be directly rewarded, while other participants will receive Cangying Pearls that can be traded for rewards later.

Then there are side quests that will be fleshed out with more lore through new biographies, added furniture will give players more home customization options, and a new mini-game called the Golden Sun Cage that will add more fun and variety to the game. There will also be extensive adjustments to class balancing.

The Forbidden Court is planned to launch later this month. Whether you have the game on Gameforge, Steam, or Epic Games, this update will be available to you. If you haven’t dived into this game yet, be sure to check out some of the reviews to help you consider it.
