In the face of disaster, true heroes emerge—brave individuals who risk everything to protect lives, homes, and communities. The recent Los Angeles wildfires were a harrowing testament to such bravery, and in recognition of their extraordinary courage, Universal Studios Hollywood is extending its gratitude to first responders with a well-earned moment of joy.
Through the newly announced “First Responder Heroes Ticket”, all eligible active first responders who answered the call during the wildfires will receive a complimentary 1-Day General Admission ticket to Universal Studios Hollywood, along with a 50% discount on up to three additional tickets for their guests. This offer is available now through April 10th as a token of appreciation for their selfless service.
Honoring Those Who Defend Our Communities
Firefighters, police officers, sheriff’s deputies, members of the National Guard, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians stood on the front lines, battling the relentless wildfires that threatened homes, wildlife, and lives. Their unwavering dedication and sacrifice are nothing short of heroic. Universal Studios Hollywood recognizes these men and women not just as first responders but as guardians of our communities—individuals whose resilience and determination ensure the safety of countless families.
“The selfless dedication and tireless resilience exhibited by the first responders in response to combatting the L.A. wildfires has been nothing short of extraordinary and we are very grateful to these unsung heroes for their courage during this difficult time.
When these first responders are ready for a much needed break, we look forward to welcoming them to our theme park.”
How to Redeem the “First Responder Heroes Ticket”
Eligible first responders can redeem their complimentary admission ticket in person at the park’s designated “First Responder Heroes Ticket” booth located at the Front Gate entrance. To qualify, they must present a valid government-issued photo ID and an official employee ID card verifying their first responder occupation.
While the ticket is only available for same-day redemption, first responders can also purchase up to three additional 1-Day General Admission tickets at 50% off the regular price, allowing them to share a day of adventure with family and friends.
Retired and volunteer first responders are unfortunately not eligible for this offer, as it applies strictly to active personnel serving in official capacities within public or private agencies.
A Well-Deserved Celebration
Universal Studios Hollywood, a place known for bringing cinematic magic to life, hopes to provide a much-needed respite for these extraordinary individuals. The theme park’s attractions, immersive experiences, and thrilling rides offer a perfect escape from the pressures of duty—a chance to smile, laugh, and create joyful memories with loved ones.
At its core, this initiative is more than just free admission—it is a symbol of respect, admiration, and gratitude for the courageous men and women who put their lives on the line for the safety of others.
