Bethesda has released a new 1950s-style animated educational video for Fallout 4. They will be releasing a series of these videos that center on the seven S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attributes that are used in the video game. The first video that was released put the focus on "Strength", and this second one centers around "Perception".
