The new time-manipulating 2D platformer, Ageless is out today on Steam and Nintendo Switch! In the game you’ll play Kiara who’s on a journey of self discovery. You’ll use her magical bow to both age and de-age the obstacles in your way to solve puzzles. The game sports a retro look that really complements the gameplay well.
The developers did a fantastic job making the game look great, as well as integrating new ideas into their game, to set itself apart from others in the genre. Bala Vicknesh, lead developer of One More Dream Studios hopes that players get to enjoy the game that they’ve created, saying “We had a lot of fun making this game and toying around with the ageing mechanics that lie at the heart of the gameplay experience, so we hope players have just as much fun with it!”. Producer of Team17, Chris Chester, also had some positive things to say about his time working on Ageless with the both teams, stating “Working on Ageless has been a wonderful experience for us at Team17” and went on to say “we’re happy to have teamed up with Bala and the team to make it all possible!”.
Hearing the enjoyment from both the publisher and the developer is such a nice thing to hear. Creating a game with such a huge amount of support can really impact a game in the long run.
