Creating something that is based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft gives so much room from oddities and eerie surroundings. One of the most popular titles of his work that is finally being made into a proper video game is Call of Cthulu by Cyanide Studio. The trailer they shared during E3 shares with us a view of the story, a glimpse into the gameplay, and a semi-release date of 2018 on the PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One. It is a bit vague, but at least we know it isn't too far away from being launched.
Just from watching the trailer I have so many questions and found myself surprised with the painting in the cave. What could that mean? Why would that be there? Is he just seeing that? I am curious to see what role his surroundings play with his madness. For those that haven't read the book, these questions are sure to shocking and the story will be full of twists. We are in for a crazy experience once this comes out.
What part of the strange horror in Call of Cthulhu do you find most interesting?
