Looks like Square Enix wasn't kidding when they vowed to support the Nintendo Switch more! Square icon and Chrono Trigger director Takashi Tokita has officially announced via Twitter he is starting work on a new game for the Nintendo Switch!

The translation for that tweet is something to the effect of "Top secret mission starts!" I for one am incredibly jazzed about this news! More Square Enix involvement means more RPG's which means a lot of fun with my Switch in handheld mode. I'm not sure why but I've always preferred RPG's I can travel with as opposed to console ones! I love both, of course, but there's nothing like hitting the road with a game that you know will guarantee you at least 20-30 hours of gameplay.
Who else is excited about this news?
