Fire Emblem is known for its fine tuned strategy gameplay, but the series also sports some highly memorable characters in addition to its slick artistic style. For fans who are eager to get a glimpse behind the scenes, Dark Horse Comics is releasing their latest art book based on Awakening, the latest game in the franchise. This volume features the normal stuff you'd expect, such as storyboards and illustrations of the games characters and locales. The most intriguing thing here is the inclusion of the entire script for the game. For those of us who love the idea of playing games multiple times through, but somehow never get around to it, this is a fantastic way to see how your choices affected your particular play through.
Hopefully we will get to see this type of thing in future books of this ilk. I would love to see how all the choices of Telltale's Walking Dead games affect one another for example, so the idea is a great one.
