During a press screening for Crimson Peaks the dudes over at IGN got the chance to sit down with horror mastermind, Guillermo del Toro and discuss the sadly canceled Silent Hills project. Del Toro is a huge fan of anime and manga which has very clearly influenced a lot of his work, especially Pacific Rim. So, when it came time to pull on an artist to help design the look and feel of the game, he and Hideo Kojima turned to one of the best names in Japanese horror art, Junji Ito. In the interview, del Toro explains what it was like working with two great masters in their field, and what it's like being a large and loud Latin man in Japan surrounded by quiet, reserved people. Definitely worth a watch, especially if you're a Guillermo del Toro fan. The dude just seems like a lot of fun to hangout with.
