Kerbal Space Program and other games like it struck a chord with gamers, builders, or even both. There’s something to say about games that not only allow players to have agency but also elevate and unlock skills that can be used outside of the interactive space. Floating Origin Interactive and Curve Games have been working on Kitbash Model Club which covers all the bases and includes a 16-player multiplayer mode where players can show off their constructions in chaotic combat!
The game is an evolution of the past title, Balsa Model Flight Simulator. The new multiplayer mode allows for full traversal of Wirraway Island with a plethora of environments, from beaches to cityscapes. Players can create their own missions, share, and test all their creations, or challenge friends to RC dogfights! Whether it’s slicing through the sky, skidding across the ocean, or barreling on land, players can create it. That means boats, planes, and cars, oh my! It’ll be a hectic sight to see a plane battle a boat while also worrying about an RC car shooting rockets at them.
Kitbash Model Club will be released sometime in 2024 for PC via Steam.
