If I wasn't so far along in Pokemon Go already I would restart and take advantage of this Easter Egg! According to IGN, players who ignore the starting Pokemon you can capture (Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur) at the beginning of the game 4 times will be greeted with the world's most iconic Pokemon, Pikachu. You will then be able to start the game with Pikachu!
Cool easter egg but I feel like after catching several Pokemon my starter has quickly become one of my weakest Pokemon! What about you?
