FALL GUYS Is Crossing Over With The Nightmare Before Christmas

The popular, battle royale title Fall Guys is getting another Disney crossover for the holidays this year, this time with The Nightmare Before Christmas. Starting on December 16th and running through December 27th, players will have the chance to participate in a challenge series to earn Jack Skellington’s Sandy Claws outfit alongside other themed cosmetics.

It appears to be a similar event to the one the game has been doing for different PlayStation mascots like Sackboy and Aloy over the past few weeks, with a specific reward track that’s unlocked by completing unique challenges.

The crossover also features three other The Nightmare Before Christmas outfits that include the traditional Jack Skellington appearance, a costume themed after Jack’s love interest, Sally, and one that turns the player into the Mayor of Halloweentown, complete with his two-faced head. It’s not clear if these will need to be purchased in a pack or if they’ll be available to buy from the in-game store.

This crossover marks the third collaboration between developer Mediatonic and Disney; previous crossovers featured costumes from Disney films like Tron and The Jungle Book. Fall Guys has become more creative with their crossovers as the game has grown, including popular franchises like Nier: Automata and Among Us.

The sixth season of Fall Guys kicked off earlier this month bringing a whole slew of new costumes and game modes for players to try out. It also brought Epic Games account integration, which allows players to carry their progression with them across platforms.

Fall Guys’ crossover with The Nightmare Before Christmas will begin next week on December 16th, and the game is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
