The team over at Gameforge and Wangyuan Shengtang Entertainment have been continuing their efforts to bring new content for their Swords of Legends Online player base. While the base game is loaded with content and received a mostly positive review score from multiple sources, there truly is never enough to do in a MMORPG. That said, here’s a quick list of what is new and coming soon for the game!

Now that the first battle pass is finished and players were introduced to their first massive raid, the developers wanted to give more of this content due to how well it was received. That said, the first thing worth checking out is this trailer for the games second Battle Pass, which the contents for all players and premium players is shown above:

Then we have the multiple new raids that are now available for players to attempt victory within. Back in August, they released the Ruins of Nuowu & Ice World Raids. They followed the release of these raids by adding a Hardcore difficulty to Xuanjiu Jade Palace Raid, which is only the beginning of the difficulty increase planned in the near future. But before we go into the next upcoming difficulty increase for currently available raids, check out the announcement for their first Fall Event: The Moon Festival, which is set to take place from September 16th to October 7th.

Going into October, the team’s next step is going to be bringing a new level of difficulty to all available raids. This update is simply known as Extreme Mode Dungeons and takes up the October slot for their Fall-Winter Season Roadmap. A proper breakdown of what the updated Roadmap is planned to bring to the game include:

  • Season 2 Battle Pass

  • Extreme Dungeon Difficulty

  • New PvP Features including Guild versus Guild, Faction Warfare, and PvP Raids

  • Hard Mode for Raids

  • Extreme difficulties for Raids

  • Halloween Event

  • Holiday Celebrations

  • Much more, already in the works for 2022
