Glorious PC Gaming Race has made quite the name for itself over the last few years with its incredibly lightweight Model O gaming mouse. With pro-grade performance at a price that doesn’t break the bank it’s hard not to love what is on offer! Well, unless you have transitioned to a purely wireless setup and the thought of having a cable, despite it being ascended, bothers you. But hey if you fit into that category I have good news for you, Glorious has just announced that the Model O is getting a wireless iteration!
That’s right, everything that is loved about the Model O now wireless. The new Wireless Model O will feature a 71-hour battery life (with lighting disabled) and comes with a new proprietary sensor dubbed BAMF. The new sensor allows for DPI as high as 19,000 and a tracking speed of 400. Latency comes in at ~2 ms per click putting it in line with other high-end offerings from competing mice. As for weight, the new wireless receiver has only added 2 grams to the overall weight for a final total of 69 grams.
Pre-orders for the new Wireless Model O are slated to begin on September 23 for $79.99 with availability set for late Fall. If the Wireless Model O handles as well as its wired counterparts it can easily become one of the top tier options for competitive wireless play.
