In good news for Switch users, Square Enix’s hit ARPG NieR:Automata has made it over to the Nintendo console. Originally released for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox one back in 2017, the game has sold 6.5 million copies between those platforms, so a jump to the Switch seems like a natural step.

Developer PlatinumGames have created NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition, which not only brings the game over, but adds a few little extras to enjoy.

Set in a world where strange, alien machines have laid waste to society, NieR: Automata follows three human-like androids, 2B, 9S and A2. The androids were developed by humanity to fight the machines, and potentially pave a way for humans to return to the Earth, after they took shelter on the moon.

The gameplay is fast-paced, mixing melee combat, shooting mechanics, hacking mini-games, and even piloting a mech to try and reach your goals.

The End Of YoRHa Edition comes with not only the base game, but the 3C3C1D119440927 DLC, which features cosmetic costume changes and 3 playable colosseums. In addition, it gets an exclusive DLC, which can be downloaded for free. 6C2P4A118680823 includes new costumes and accessories for the androids and their pods.
