From acclaimed publisher Assemble Entertainment and developer Zeth comes the announcement of their upcoming title, Bound by Blades. Coming Q4 2022 to Steam and releasing later on Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS, Bound by Blades is a boss-rush style RPG with an emphasis on challenging combat and crafting. Take a journey through the magical world of Ashymyr, a land that was once thriving but has now been left teeming with enemies. Fight dangerous bosses, meet a cast of imaginative NPC’s, and learn the tale of Ashymr’s downfall in a charming art style that hides a challenging game.
Following a core gameplay loop of slaying bosses, harvesting their remains, and crafting/improving gear to fight harder bosses, Bound by Blades is a more casual take on the boss-rush genre. With intuitive controls, it is designed for players of all skill levels, allowing any adventurer to embark on this journey. Employing a variety of maneuvers, team up with another player in 2 player co-op to fight monsters together. Choose whichever fighter between 3 main characters, each with their own unique battle styles and gear.
