Last month, developers Smilegate and publisher Amazon Games gave players a 2023 roadmap for their game Lost Ark. While this roadmap covered a lot of the expected updates for the first quarter of the year, what they didn’t announce was how they plan to celebrate the game’s first anniversary.
The February Anniversary Celebration Update includes new events with valuable rewards to celebrate Lost Ark’s first birthday in the west, along with other activities like new Twitch Drops. The update will also introduce a new continent, Rowen, where players will encounter two competing factions: Preigelli and Liebertane, who are competing for Sylmael, crimson jewels that are a precious resource in Arkesia. At the end of the Rowen world quests, players can choose a faction for open-world PvP, but the battle is just beginning – the competition will heat up further in March, when the Tulubik Battlefield releases.
There is a lot to look forward to, some of which haven’t been fully announced. Fans can learn more of the upcoming update from the latest blog on the official game’s website. If you haven’t joined in on this game yet, there is still time to get in on the action!
Lost Ark is available on PC via Steam.
