At the Summer Game Fest, Activision and Toys For Bob dropped a new trailer for the newest installment in the Crash Bandicoot series, Crash Team Rumble, an upcoming online 4 vs 4 multiplayer game. The game will feature a variety of family fighting game mechanics and online multiplayer combat in 4-player teams. Each team will compete to collect a certain amount of the classic Crash Wumpa fruits to win their match, along the way they will have to fight the other team to get their fruits or stop them from getting more.
In Crash Team Rumble, players will be able to choose to play as iconic heroes or villains from across the series many games. Each character will have their own unique skills and powers that they can use to fight the enemy team, defend their Wumpa Bank, and gather Wumpas around the map to win.
Crash Team Rumble will release on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on June 20th, 2023.
