Frontier Developments’ new game, Planet Coaster: Console Edition gives you the chance to build your own amusement park empire! The title is an in-depth simulator of how amusement park rides actually work. You’ll need to balance each ride’s angles and track design to maximize the impact they’ll have on your parks’ reputation so that the cash flow stays fruitful. The one thing I really like is the fact that the developers included the ability to use a mouse and keyboard when playing. In games like this, those peripherals really come in handy.

Something really cool that Frontier is doing is giving PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gamers who purchase the game a next-gen upgrade for free! If you purchase the game digitally you’ll be able to redeem it on the same console family from the digital store using the same account. If you purchase a physical copy you will just need to slide it into the drive of your new console and download the optimized version. When you upgrade you’ll also be able to continue your progress from where you left off as well.
