Bringing a unique spin on the classic game of Golf and adding both a narrative, exploration, and puzzle elements to it are the developers over at Okidokico. Together with publisher Playtonic Friends they have released their game A Little Golf Journey where it is all about the journey, not the driver.
Players can explore diverse biomes, uncover each course's secrets and enjoy a relaxed, playful experience built around a stripped-back version of the game of golf. They provide the player freedom to soak up the natural beauty of the course, spend all their time out of bounds, or shoot straight for the greens. But what mysteries can be found if they were to explore the world a bit?
A Little Golf Journey is now available on PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch. It is definitely interesting to see a new take on such a classic game and it is in the exploration genre. I am definitely intrigued by this one and can’t wait to go through these unique courses.
