February is almost here and with it a new batch of PlayStation Plus freebies! February is looking great for plus subscribers with PS4 owners are going to be treated to the Ubisoft hack and slash For Honor. For Honor had a rocky start back when it first launched but has really found its own identity over the last few years making it a fun game for multiplayer especially. PS4 owners are also getting IO interactive’s awesome Hitman The Complete First Season. Hitman was an exceptionally good return for a long time franchise and is definitely worth adding to any game library! If you find it to your liking don’t miss out on the more recent Hitman 2.
February is slightly bittersweet as it will be the last month we get free games as part of our Plus subscriptions for PS3 and Vita but, what a lineup to go out on! PS3 owners are getting treated to Divekick the 2 button fighting game sensation. The more notable game however is Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots. MGS4 is the stunning conclusion to the wonderfully convoluted Metal Gear timeline and quite honestly the only reason I still really hold onto my PS3! For Vita owners Gunhouse and Rogue Aces are up for grabs both of which are also cross buy with PS4.
As an added bonus for Plus subscribers Sony has alo announced that cloud save storage capacity is going to be upgraded from 10 GB up to 100 GB in the coming days. If you were running out of storage room in the cloud fear no longer!
