Announced during Sony’s E3 conference, they announced the new God of War showing off it’s new Norse Mythology centered game. This a change for the series, moving on past the traditional Greek mythology. The release trailer shows a much older looking Kratos, raising a small boy who is most likely his son.
With some very large enemies we are shown just how epic in scale this game will be, just like the previous titles. The combat is just as brutal as ever, with Kratos sporting an axe instead of his usual chains. With no release date mentioned, we aren’t sure when this game will be coming out. Hopefully we will see this title next year!
