Terra Invicta, from Hooded Horse and Pavonis Interactive, puts players in the chair of a human leader attempting to protect humanity as the threat of an alien invasion looms. However, the choice of how to do so is up to you. With 7 different factions, all seeking to control Earth via unique goals and strategies, the options are vast. Will you fight for humans against the aliens? Or accept them as your ultimate rulers?
With their latest update, the Pavonis Interactive team has announced that the official release date into Early Access will be September 26th. As with most Early Access titles, this will not be a full release but a constantly updated playable version that utilizes community reports and requests for finalization. Later on the full game will be released with a potential price increase.
While the focus of Terra Invicta is the overarching war with the aliens, players must be aware of the interhuman conflicts that have been present for years. As the game develops, they must lead their nation and people in subterfuge, research, expansion, and conquest as they build space stations, colonize planets in the solar system, and wage war with aliens and humans alike.
