Jackbox Games Inc. is excited to release their new free update for Jackbox Party Pack 9, the language pack! Available today, there will be a free update for Jackbox Party Pack 9 where players will now have access to new content for all the games in Fench, Italian, German, Latin American Spanish, and Castilian Spanish, along with some minor bug fixes and general enhancements to the game.
The update has fully translated the games in every way possible, from the settings menus all the way to the end credits songs after each game. The team at Jackbox Games Inc. has always had a goal of expanding their games to be available in multiple languages, and with this update, for the first time ever that is possible with an ENTIRE party pack!
Over the years they have made strides towards this goal; for example, on April 8th 2020, Jackbox Games released Quiplash 2 InerLASHional which took the popular title and added support for four new languages. In the summer of 2022, they released The Jackbox Party Starter (a collection of 3 of their most popular games) which was fully localized in French, Italian, German, and Castilian and Latin Spanish.
As of February 27th, The Language Pack update is available on all platforms and will include additional content for all games in French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
