After waiting for over a year, we finally have a release date for Streets of Rage 4! Thanks to the combined effort from developers Dotemu, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games, we are getting a new game from the classic series on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch at the end of the month. Not only that, but they also announced the revival of the classic Battle Mode from Streets of Rage 2 alongside the April 30th release date.
If it’s been a while since you have been to Wood Oak City’s gang filled streets, then you might want to refresh yourself with the story because this new chapter will be taking place 10 years after the events of Streets of Rage 3. This all-new scenario will come with some new fighters with their own combat depth and will be reuniting Axel, Blaze, and Adam. Not to mention the already announced collection of fighters they have returning from the classic titles of the series.
