In Broken Lines by PortaPlay, players command a squad of soldiers that have become trapped behind enemy lines after a devastating plane crash. The squad must fight for their lives with what limited resources they have, as they journey back home in this alternate take on World War II.
Looking to offer a fresh take on the Tactical RPG genre, Broken Lines puts a large emphasis on a narrative that showcases the impacts of war on the minds of these brave soldiers, and how they choose to cope with the horrors that they see. The Turn Based-RPG will also allow players to plan out their moves in advance, then witness the carnage, as their squad and the enemy soldiers execute orders simultaneously, providing a dynamic take on the genre.
